Proverbs

The book of Proverbs is amazing... I love taking time to read through it. One a day for a month. Start over and read it again. The wisdom God gave Solomon was blessed. It contains wisdom we can still use today.

Read it in different translations! Open your heart and mind. Ask the Spirit to show you what you need to know for that moment and day.

Proverbs 28:25

A grasping disposition stirs up strife,

but he who trusts in Adonai will prosper. (CJB)

A greedy man stirs up strife,

but the one who trusts in the Lord will be enriched. (ESV)

Self-confident know-it-alls will prove to be fools.

But, when you lean on the wisdom from above,

you will have a way to escape the troubles of your own making.

God knows and cares. That is my HOPE and where I put my FAITH today. I must TRUST that He is in control and will lead me where He wants me.

Thank you, Father, for taking care of those who put their Trust in You.

Walk in His strength today. When you are weak, He is strong. When the sands shift, He is your rock.
